- The wet season might bring cooler water temperatures. If a surf suit or boardies are too cold for you, a good-quality wetsuit will keep you warm. The thickness depends on the water temperature, but a 3/2mm is usually suitable for tropical climates
- Lombok offers lots of reef breaks so in case the sea floor is rocky or there are sharp objects in the water, booties can protect your feet. They also provide extra warmth
