Motorbike Rental Form

Used by our Front Office to provide you with a bike.

By renting a Motorbike from The Spot, you automatically agree with these terms and conditions.
  1. You gotta be at least 18 to rent a bike.
  2. Wear your helmet all the time when riding—no exceptions.
  3. Only experienced riders can rent here ’cause Lombok traffic is no joke.
    We might cancel your booking if we think you can’t handle it safely.
  4. You’ll need a valid International driver’s license to ride around Lombok.
  5. Don’t lose the bike’s registration and tax papers (STNK).
    It’s a 1 juta fee if you do. Keep these docs handy to avoid hassle with the police.
  6. Rentals are per day. This means the bike needs to be returned the next day BEFORE 8am.
  7. Return the bike on time or let us know 24 hours ahead if you need more time.
  8. The bike comes with a how it is tank; return it the same way.
    Just make sure the next person can make it to the closest station.
  9. Tell us ASAP if the bike breaks down or has any issues.
    This will avoid extra costs!
  10. Lock up the bike when you’re not using it.
  11. If there’s an accident, call us right away.
    We can help with filing a police report.
  12. Only park in designated areas; don’t go parking on private property.
  13. Keep the bike on Lombok; don’t take it off the island.
    In case you want to travel to neighbors island, we need to give written consent.
  14. Helmets on at all times for drivers.
    If yours gets lost or stolen, we can bring you a new one anytime for a fee.
  15. Our bikes are strictly for roads, not off-road or beach riding.
    Breaking this rule means fines, as per Indonesian law.
    It could also mean extra costs.
  16. You’re responsible for any damage to the bike.
    Please take a video of the bike with you pick it up AND send it to our WhatsApp.
  17. Losing the bike could cost you between 26 juta and 50 juta.
  18. You’re on the hook for any tire damage.
  19. Get travel insurance to cover any mishaps during your trip—it’s smart planning.
  20. We’re not liable for any accidents or damages while you’re riding our bikes.
  21. Make sure everyone in your group has their travel docs sorted as per Indonesian rules.
  22. We won’t refund losses due to bad docs or travel hiccups like flight delays or cancellations.
  23. Our bikes are equipped with a GPS tracker. Do NOT disable this.
  24. If things beyond our control mess with your plans—like natural disasters or other crazy stuff—we’re not responsible.
  25. And hey, don’t break any laws while you’re here in Indonesia.
